About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our UK Mid-Market sales team. As a key member of our EMEA Mid-Market Sales leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, developing customized sales plans and strategies for the UK Mid-Market.
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales programs to reach and expand market share in the Mid-Market segment.
  3. Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to your team, helping them develop their skills and achieve their targets.
  4. Set performance goals and metrics for the sales team and monitor their progress towards meeting these goals.
  5. Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales talent.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  7. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the sales team to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  1. 5-8+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years of management experience.
  2. Strong track record of success in sales leadership.
  3. Motivated and inspired to coach, enable, and mentor sales professionals.
  4. Experience leading and coaching through value-driven and solution-oriented sales cycles.
  5. Comfortable building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
  6. Experience in consultative selling approach defining business outcomes and value definition.
