Senior Quantity Surveyor

GRAHAM Construction is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Interior Fit Out Division. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-end fit-out projects across the UK, with a focus on delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and manage budgets, ensuring accurate cost allocation and reporting.
- Review contracts and procure subcontract packages, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Track and forecast project costs, providing transparent and accurate financial reports.
- Administer contracts, manage delays, and handle loss and expense claims.
- Regularly communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Oversee subcontractor performance, addressing any issues swiftly.
- Conduct delay analysis, manage variations, and ensure compensation mechanisms are followed.
- Represent GRAHAM in progress and commercial meetings, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Senior QS role, ideally within fit-out or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and commercial management.
- Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
- Competence in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Excel).
