Senior Quantity Surveyor

A fantastic opportunity exists for a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager to join Crescent Specialist Recruitment - CSR NI Ltd, an expanding NI Contractor. The bulk of the work is residential, with some commercial projects with this thriving M&E specialist business.
Key Responsibilities:- On-site measurement and measurement of drawings as required
- Monitoring contract costs against budgets - company financial reporting
- Identifying potential risks and evaluating options for control
- Preparation of estimates
- Analysing sub-contract quotations
- Preparation and agreeing variation accounts
- Preparation and agreeing of interim valuations and final accounts
- Prepare and issue certification for contract payments to sub-contractors
- Providing evidence for resolution of disputes
- Ensuring all work complies with quality, safety, and environmental policies and the requirements of the company procedures

Requirements:- Experience of working with NEC contracts
- Exposure to working on a range of project types as a Senior Quantity Surveyor working for a main contractor or specialist mechanical/electrical contractor
