Senior Quantity Surveyor

A fantastic opportunity exists for a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager to join Crescent Specialist Recruitment - CSR NI Ltd, an expanding NI Contractor. The bulk of the work is residential, but some commercial projects are also available with this thriving M&E specialist business.
Key Responsibilities:- On-site measurement and measurement of drawings as required.
- Monitoring contract costs against budgets and company financial reporting.
- Identifying potential risks and evaluating options for control.
- Preparation of estimates and analysing sub-contract quotations.
- Preparation and agreeing variation accounts and interim valuations.
- Preparing and issuing certification for contract payments to sub-contractors.
- Providing evidence for resolution of disputes.
- Ensuring all work complies with quality, safety, and environmental policies and company procedures.

Requirements:
- Experience of working with NEC contracts.
- Exposure to working on a range of project types as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
- Commercial management skills.
