Key Responsibilities:- On-site measurement and measurement of drawings as required.
- Monitoring contract costs against budgets and company financial reporting.
- Identifying potential risks and evaluating options for control.
- Preparation of estimates and analysis of sub-contract quotations.
- Preparation and agreement of variation accounts and interim valuations.
- Preparation and issue of certification for contract payments to sub-contractors.
- Providing evidence for resolution of disputes and ensuring all work complies with quality, safety, and environmental policies.
