Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Division: Interior Fit Out

Location: Northern Ireland with some UK travel (initial projects likely in South East England)

Contract Type: Permanent

Job Summary:

GRAHAM Construction is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead our Interior Fit Out division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:



* Manage construction projects from inception to completion

* Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules

* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

* Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues

* Collaborate with the project team to resolve any issues that may arise

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors


Requirements:



* Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry

* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

* Excellent communication and project management skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
