Senior Quantity Surveyor

A fantastic opportunity exists for a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager to join an expanding NI Contractor. The bulk of the work is residential but some commercial with this thriving M&E specialist business.
Key Responsibilities:- On-site measurement and measurement of drawings as required.
- Monitoring contract costs against budgets - company financial reporting.
- Identifying potential risks and evaluate options for control.
- Preparation of estimates.
- Analysing sub-contract quotations.
- Preparation and agreeing variation accounts.
- Preparation and agreeing of interim valuations and final accounts.
- Prepare and issue certification for contract payments to sub-contractors.
- Providing evidence for resolution of disputes.
- Ensure all work complies with quality, safety and environmental policies and the requirements of the company procedures.
