The Role

We're seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to take full ownership of our key accounts, managing relationships and driving growth. This role involves strategic planning, relationship building, and delivering innovative solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate sales and drive revenue through effective client interactions and solutions.
  2. Lead generation, upselling, and cross-selling to identify new opportunities within accounts.
  3. Problem-solving and conflict resolution to address customer challenges swiftly and effectively.
  4. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and support.
  5. Resource allocation to meet client needs.
  6. Customer success reporting to deliver insights on customer progress, successes, and areas for improvement.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Account oversight to manage the overall health and growth of key accounts.
  2. Strategic planning to develop long-term strategies to meet both client and company goals.
  3. Project management to oversee complex projects, ensuring on-time delivery and exceptional execution.
  4. Relationship management to build and nurture deep, trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
  5. Innovative opportunity development to identify new growth opportunities and bring fresh, value-added solutions to the table.
  6. Customer experience (CX) to ensure every touchpoint enhances the client's journey and satisfaction.

About You

We're looking for a skilled Key Account Manager with experience in building relationships and managing complex accounts across multiple stakeholders. You have:

  1. The confidence to lead, inspire, and communicate with authority.
  2. The competence to quickly learn our processes and systems.
  3. The communication skills to keep everyone aligned and informed.

While experience in the automotive or leasing industry can be a plus, it's not essential. What matters most is that you're aligned with our ELECTRIC values and bring the energy and drive to succeed in this fast-paced, dynamic environment.
