About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll & People Administrator to join our People Team in our Distribution Centre.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our People Advisor, encompassing payroll, recruitment, employee relations, and all people-related administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the People Advisor with payroll, recruitment, and employee relations
- Provide administrative support with new colleague onboarding, probation reviews, attendance letters, and performance monitoring
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time
- Communicate benefits, policies, procedures, and expectations to colleagues
- Handle people matters fairly, consistently, and confidentially
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
