HR Assistant

A great opportunity for an experienced HR Assistant to work alongside an HR Manager within this SME niche organisation, providing general support and assistance.
You will have a **minimum of two years experience **within a similar role, and day to day duties will include:
- Maintaining employee records
- Tracking all employee absence
- Sourcing employee training
- Assisting with reviews and appraisals
- Recruitment - Job descriptions, adverts, shortlisting, interviewing, offer administration
- Onboarding/induction/offboarding/exit interviewing
- Assisting with payroll queries
- Liaising with Legal Advisors if required
- Assisting and supporting the HR Manager as required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year
