We are hiring for a HR Assistant to join our Head Office team based in Whiteley This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the field of Human Resources and Recruitment. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for HR or Administration, we would love to hear from you

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Supporting the HR & Recruitment Manager with Inductions for new members of staff.
- Minute taking for investigation, disciplinaries and any other relevant meetings.
- Inputting data into Care Planner, PASS and HR Systems.
- Assisting HR & Recruitment Manager with salaried staff recruitment.
- Creating offer letters and contracts for Health Care Assistants.
- Posting Job Adverts.
- Booking accommodation and transport for staff.
- Working alongside the recruitment team.
- To arrange interviews on behalf of the relevant managers for field and salaried staff.

**Experience**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Previous Human Resources or general administration experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
