HR Support Specialist

CMA Recruitment Group is excited to be working with a growing organisation based in Whiteley, Hampshire on a 12 month fixed-term contract basis. The role of the HR Support Specialist will provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the smooth running of the business.
- This role will involve performing a variety of general HR administrative tasks and managing the onboarding and offboarding processes, including issuing offer letters and updating systems.
- Additionally, you will oversee a busy HR inbox and coordinate with relevant staff members to ensure seamless communication.
- A key aspect of this role will be assisting with payroll data entry and generating ad-hoc reports using Microsoft Excel.
What we are looking for:
- A confident user of Microsoft Office with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work well in a team environment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
