Are you a seasoned Business Development Manager looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive, where you'll have the opportunity to drive sales growth and contribute to our company's success.

About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for generating new leads, attending sales appointments, and building relationships with potential clients. You'll work closely with our sales team to achieve quarterly targets and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Self-generate new leads and appointments through day-to-day new business activity
  • Attend and close sales appointments
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets
  • Accurately build, manage, and maintain the sales pipeline

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Confident in value-based and consultative selling
  • Ability to sell to different audiences, including business owners, board members, and HR managers
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of weekly meetings
  • Previous field-based experience
