Business Development Manager

Citrus Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion across the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to win new business in the fabrication industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with sub-contractors, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Visit the factory regularly to stay up-to-date with production and sales activities.
Our client is a leading provider of high-quality metal fabrication services, offering advanced CNC laser cutting, forming, and welding services. They work with a variety of materials, including stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium, ensuring precision and quality in every project.
Requirements- Proven track record of winning business in the fabrication industry.
- Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
