About the Role

Citrus Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to win new business in the fabrication industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with sub-contractors, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Visit the factory regularly to stay up-to-date with production and sales activities.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of winning business in the fabrication industry.
  • Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
