Business Development Manager

Citrus Recruit is excited to be looking for a Business Development Manager to join our client, a leading metal fabrication company, as they take their next step in their growth plan.
About the RoleAs a Business Development Manager, you will be focused on winning new business across the UK, selling mainly to sub-contractors in the fabrication industry, as well as managing the accounts you win. The company specializes in high-quality metal fabrication, offering advanced CNC laser cutting, forming, and welding services.
Responsibilities- Create a sales strategy to win new business across the UK in the Fabrication industry.
- Selling to sub-contractors, your role will be to grow the business you win through regular contact, via phone and face-to-face meetings.
- Assist in the production of technical quotations associated with supply proposals, after-sales and service queries, to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate the technical capability and advantages of the solutions and services offered to potential customers.
- Sold to a sub-contractor client base within the fabrication industry.
- Be technically and commercially astute.
- Hunter mentality and a proven track record in winning new business.
- Salary up to £50,000.
- Car allowance of minimum £6,000.
- 23 days' holidays and 8 bank holidays per year.
- 3-month probation.
- Company Pension scheme.
