Practice Manager required for this multi-faceted skin clinic in Central Oxford area.

We are seeking an ambitious manager who can lead and develop the team, drive commercial performance and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have practice or clinic management experience with a commercial focus and some exposure to CQC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding, training a team of practitioners and nurses, maintaining required levels of compliance, budgeting and financial planning, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
