Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetic Treatment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical aesthetic treatments to patients, working closely with clinicians to develop personalized treatment plans, and ensuring excellent patient satisfaction and care.

Responsibilities
* Deliver expert-level medical aesthetic treatments to patients, including IPL, laser hair removal, and facial aesthetic treatments
* Collaborate with clinicians to develop and implement customized treatment plans, tailored to individual patient needs and goals
* Maintain accurate records of patient consultations, treatment plans, and outcomes, using established protocols and procedures
* Ensure patient safety and well-being through strict adherence to infection prevention and control guidelines and protocols
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on industry best practices and advancements, ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care and outcomes
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a culture of excellence and teamwork within the clinic

Requirements
* NVQ Level 4 or above in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification
* Significant experience with lasers and other medical aesthetic equipment, including advanced techniques and technologies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient outcomes and achieving exceptional results

Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive salary range: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (prorated based on experience)
