Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet.
- Support clients with medication management and administration.
- Assist with practical tasks, such as shopping, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
Requirements
- Previous experience in care work or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
