Care Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including bathing, showering, toileting, and dressing.
- Assist with medication management and administration.
- Support clients with daily living tasks, such as shopping and meal preparation.
- Accompany clients on outings and social events.
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior.
Requirements
We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with our clients and their families.
