Job Summary
We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. You'll assist with personal care, manage medication, and provide practical support with daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with medication management and administration
- Provide practical support with daily tasks, such as shopping and meal preparation
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individual care plans
