About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Our care assistants are the backbone of our service, providing essential support with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication management. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, building strong relationships and delivering tailored care that makes a real difference to their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support with daily living tasks
  • Assisting with medication management and administration
  • Supporting clients with their mental and physical health needs
  • Building strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications and Experience
