Job Summary
We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safely and independently in their own homes. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement individual care plans, assist with personal care, and provide practical support with daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with medication management and administration
- Provide practical support with daily tasks, such as shopping and meal preparation
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is compassionate, caring, and able to work independently. You'll need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team. No prior experience in social care is necessary, as we'll provide comprehensive training and support.
