We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to join our team. Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is looking for a sales professional to manage their sales team, expand their customer base, and contribute to the company's future growth.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all sales activities, both domestic and international, and overseeing the onsite sales team to ensure product movement and sales returns are maximized. They will also be responsible for customer retention, service delivery, and daily financial acumen.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of account management experience in an FMCG company, strong leadership and teamwork skills, and analytical skills with commercial acumen. They will also have experience working with red meat and previous people management experience.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all sales activities, both domestic and international
  • Oversee the onsite sales team to ensure product movement and sales returns are maximized
  • Responsible for customer retention and service delivery
  • Daily financial acumen and making decisions based on market trends
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with red meat
  • 3-5 years of account management experience in an FMCG company
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • Analytical skills with commercial acumen
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office
  • Previous people management experience
