Senior Business Development Manager

In a leading manufacturing company known for its exceptional employee culture, we are seeking an accomplished Sales Leader to oversee the sales team and drive growth. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and contributing to the company's future success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead all sales activities, both domestic and international, ensuring seamless product movement and maximum sales returns.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering exceptional service while supporting the onsite sales team.
- Foster new business opportunities to maximize volume capacity.
- Develop and implement effective commercial production plans to meet sales targets without compromising quality or costs.
- Collaborate with operations and technical departments to ensure comprehensive customer account management.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in account management within the FMCG sector.
- Proven leadership and teamwork skills, with a strong stakeholder management background.
- Excellent analytical skills, supported by clear decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with previous people management experience.
