About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to increase engagement and drive revenue growth.
- Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with the firm's goals and objectives.
- Team Support: Provide support to the team, including maintaining the internal SharePoint site and ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
- Tender Preparation: Prepare and submit tender proposals, working closely with teams to ensure accuracy and quality.
- BD / Marketing Experience: Previous experience in business development or marketing, ideally in professional services.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with accountancy or financial services is desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
- Problem-Solving Ability: A proactive, results-driven mindset with creative problem-solving abilities is crucial for this role.
- Presentation Confidence: Confident in presenting to senior stakeholders and clients, highlighting expertise and showcasing the firm's capabilities.
- Degree Requirement: A degree in Marketing or a related business field is preferred.
Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.
