We are seeking a highly skilled HR Administrator to join our team in Dungannon, providing administrative support to the HR function across Northern Ireland. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about HR and wants to develop their skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support across all HR activities
  • Assisting in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
  • Supporting employee relations, including handling queries, preparing documentation, and coordinating meetings

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and organisational skills, preferably with previous experience in HR support or administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, is also required.
