VANRATH is recruiting for an HR Administrator to join their team in Northern Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your HR skills and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

As the primary point of contact for HR queries, you will provide administrative support to the HR team and contribute to the smooth operation of the organization. Key responsibilities include administering HR processes, maintaining employee records, and responding to HR queries.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of Human Resource experience and possess strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines. They will also be comfortable with NI employment legislation and able to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
