Artemis Human Capital is a leading provider of human capital solutions, partnering with organisations to deliver exceptional HR services. We are currently seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team in Dungannon.
This role offers a unique opportunity for a dedicated individual to provide administrative support to the HR function across Northern Ireland. As an HR Administrator, you will be integral to our busy team, delivering essential support to ensure seamless HR operations.
- Salary: £24-26,000 per annum
In this role, you will support generalist HR activities and provide a proactive and efficient HR service that benefits both the company and its employees. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support across all HR activities
- Assisting in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Supporting employee relations, including handling queries, preparing documentation, and coordinating meetings
- Previous experience in HR support or administration is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
