**Job Overview:**
Hays Business Support is partnering with a leading food company based in Northern Ireland to recruit an HR Assistant. This role involves providing administrative support to the department's functions, ensuring timely and accurate payroll submissions, maintaining knowledge of company systems, and supporting employee relations initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll submissions for weekly/salaried employees.
- Maintain knowledge of company systems, prepare reports, and assist with ad-hoc reports.
- Support employee relations initiatives, including organizing disciplinary meetings and addressing issues raised by managers and HR.
Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills.
- Organisational skills.
- Office / Administration experience.
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good communication skills.
