HR Support Specialist

VANRATH is partnering with a large, multi-site client to add an HR Administrator to their fast-paced HR function. This role offers the opportunity to develop HR skills as the first point of contact for HR queries across the organisation.
Job Description:
This role provides administrative support to the HR team, reporting to the HR Manager. Key responsibilities include administering all HR processes, maintaining and updating employee records, and issuing contractual amendments as required. The successful candidate will also oversee onboarding for new hires, including Right to Work checks, and validate and maintain accurate data for new employees.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1+ years of Human Resource experience
Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with NI employment legislation
