Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for human resources. In this role, you will assist the HR Manager in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, and training management.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with recruitment, scheduling interviews, onboarding, and employee relations
* Collaborate with the HR Manager to manage employee absence
* Support Line Managers in dealing with disciplinary, grievance, and performance management issues
* Organize and attend recruitment exhibitions to promote the company and job vacancies
About You
* Minimum 2-year proven experience in an HR role
* Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and procedures
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information effectively
What We Offer
A competitive salary of approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a pension scheme, private health insurance, and well-being initiatives.
