Job Title: Business Development Manager

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth in the UK market. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for identifying and converting sales opportunities, motivating the team to upsell incremental products, and exploring new business opportunities and partnerships through market research and competitor analysis.

In this role, you will work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals. You will also ensure comprehensive training for yourself and colleagues in line with company guidelines and manage all operational processes and procedures in accordance with audit criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dynamic team to achieve sales targets and drive performance improvements
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals

Requirements
