Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager. This is your chance to join an IT leader specialising in providing advanced wireless connectivity solutions, including in building mobile coverage and loT solutions.

Main Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager
- Identify and pursue potential clients, building a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target markets such as construction.
- Collaborating with pre-sales and solution architects to develop customised solutions that address client needs.
- Manage and negotiate contracts, ensuring they align with company objectives and client requirements.
- Craft compelling proposals and tenders for enterprise clients, highlighting value propositions and differentiating factors.
- Manage signed clients for 6-12 months after signing to seek opportunities for upselling.
- Work closely with the marketing department to create compelling marketing campaigns to drive inbound enquiries.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Minimum of 4+ year’s experience in Business Development.
- Experience in the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through to preparing bids or tenders.
- Strong experience selling wireless connectivity solutions, specifically 5G.
- A bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- A background in construction, IOT or Smart Solutions would be preferred.
- A self motivated and driven individual.
