We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Bar-Back at Hickory's Smokehouse. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, we require someone who is passionate about hospitality and has excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities of the job include:

  1. Preparing drinks and managing stock levels
  2. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  3. Assisting with section cross-training and pay increases
  4. Participating in our fundraising activities

We offer a competitive salary of up to £14.44 per hour including Tip Jar, estimated to be around £3.00 per hour in tips. Our comprehensive training program will provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in this role.

In addition to a competitive salary, we provide:
