Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Offender Support Specialist to join our team in HMP Styal. As the Academy Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals in their journey toward rehabilitation and reintegration into society.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective systems for managing daily operations, building relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, and providing coaching and guidance to staff members.
