About the Role
The Senior Building Surveyor will be a key member of our repairs team, responsible for managing a portfolio of projects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers. This role requires a strong technical expertise, excellent management skills, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of projects, including surveying customers' homes and communal spaces, producing detailed works schedules, and managing post-inspection of complete work.
- Provide technical support to deliver a resolution for our contract holders, working closely with specialist contractors and stakeholders.
- Build close working relationships with our Client United Welsh to develop service excellence and a market leader in damp, mould, and disrepair resolutions.
- Make effective business decisions using data analysis and technical expertise.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of management experience, preferably within a similar sector.
- Strong commercial acumen and budgetary understanding.
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to create an environment that motivates and develops colleagues.
- Ability to present data effectively and make informed business decisions.
