The successful candidate will be responsible for their own portfolio of projects, managing day-to-day scoping of works, offering technical support to deliver a resolution for our contract holders. With project ownership from start to finish, the Senior Building Surveyor Lead will survey customers' homes and communal spaces, produce detailed works schedules, issue works through specialist contractors, manage post-inspection of complete work, and arrange payments of invoices. This role is fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding, delivering job and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Provide technical support to deliver a resolution for our contract holders.
  • Survey customers' homes and communal spaces, producing detailed works schedules.
  • Issue works through specialist contractors, managing post-inspection of complete work and arranging payments of invoices.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of management experience, preferably within a similar sector.
  • A strong commercial acumen, coupled with a budgetary understanding.
  • A customer-focused mindset, creating an environment that motivates and develops colleagues.
  • The ability to present data effectively, making informed business decisions.
