**About the role**

We are currently seeking a Senior Brand Lead on a 6-month fixed-term contract or on a contract basis who will work closely with our VP Marketing. This is a crucial role for our business, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand's success during an exciting phase of transformation and growth. **Responsibilities**:

- Support the rollout of our brand strategy, ensuring close alignment with our business strategy.
- Lead the rebranding process, including the creation of new online and offline brand assets.
- Support the redesign and re-platform of our website.
- Oversee the rebranding of our global office spaces in line with our brand identity and values.
- Drive education and engagement through the launch of innovative, multi-channel brand campaigns.
- Establish a brand measurement framework to report on key brand metrics.
- Develop communication plans around key project, manage key stakeholder relationships and provide senior level reporting.
- Manage day-to-day brand activities, driving governance principles across the business to ensure a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
- Manage brand and creative agencies to ensure campaigns and projects are delivered on time and in budget.

**You will ideally need the following**:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Marketing with at least 2 of those years being spent in a brand-specific role.
- Proven experience in brand strategy development, rebranding projects, and brand management.
- Strong planning and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/deliverables.
- Creative, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience in senior level reporting and stakeholder management.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently.
