As a Drug Recovery Specialist, you will work closely with clients in custody across the North East region, providing drug and alcohol recovery co-ordination, psychosocial interventions, and continuity of care planning within the integrated prison healthcare system. With excellent links with community services throughout the country, you will be part of a collaborative effort to provide holistic, collaborative care to men and women in custody.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide drug and alcohol recovery co-ordination and support to clients in custody
  • Work collaboratively with other service providers to deliver comprehensive care
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community services and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
