Support Worker for Independent Living

We are seeking a skilled support worker to join our team and provide assistance to an individual living independently in the Morpeth area. The successful candidate will have excellent support skills, enjoy gaming, radios, and dogs, and possess a clean full driving license. Essential skills include administration, domestic duties, cooking, and excellent social and adaptive skills.
This role involves working Tuesday to Sunday, with flexibility for morning, afternoon, evening, overnight awake, and overnight sleep shifts. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, personal care, and domestic care
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Organizing social and leisure activities
- Supporting the individual to remain independent
- Providing transportation services
- Administering medication safely
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
