Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £11.94 per hour, inclusive of statutory benefits and allowances. Additionally, you will benefit from our pension scheme, flexible working hours, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
About the RoleYou will work closely with the individual to develop independent living skills, maintain their home, and participate in community activities. Your patience, empathy, and compassion will be essential in building trust and fostering a positive relationship with the individual.
