Assistant Store Manager

Molton Brown Limited is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Bridgend. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, achieving business targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team to achieve sales, KPIs, and business profit through inspirational motivation and coaching.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall store experience.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a positive and inclusive store culture, fostering a sense of community and teamwork among staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is personalized, engaging, and memorable.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail management, preferably in the fragrance and beauty industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer engagement, and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of retail operations, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and willingness to travel to other stores as required.
