- Minimum of 2 years retail management experience, preferably in the fragrance and beauty industry.

- Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of the retail industry and market trends.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and willingness to travel to other stores as required.
