About the Role

Molton Brown Limited is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Bridgend. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, achieving business targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team to achieve sales, KPIs, and business profit through inspirational motivation and coaching.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall store experience.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a positive and inclusive store culture, fostering a sense of community and teamwork among staff.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is personalized, engaging, and memorable.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of store marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to drive sales and customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail management, preferably in the fragrance and beauty industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer engagement, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of the retail industry and market trends.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and willingness to travel to other stores as required.
