Job Summary:

Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join their team in a high street fashion retailer. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience and leading a team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Store Team: Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring they provide excellent customer service.
  • Drive Sales and KPI Performance: You will be responsible for driving sales and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve store performance.
  • Customer Service and Experience: You will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience and ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service.
  • Team Development and Coaching: You will be responsible for inspiring, coaching, and developing all associates to achieve their full potential.
  • Cost Control and Budgeting: You will be responsible for controlling costs and budgets, and inputting data for weekly reports.
  • HR and Recruitment: You will be responsible for managing HR and recruitment activities.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Fashion Trends: You will be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and ensuring that the store is merchandised to the highest standard.

Requirements:

  • Retail Management Experience: You will have experience in retail management, preferably in a fashion, accessories, or footwear environment.
  • KPI Management: You will have experience in managing KPIs and budgets to improve store performance.
  • Leadership Skills: You will have strong leadership skills and be able to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Adaptability: You will be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work at pace.
