About the Role

Molton Brown Limited is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Bridgend. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, achieving business targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team to achieve sales, KPIs, and business profit through inspirational motivation and coaching.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall store experience.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a positive and inclusive store culture, promoting a customer-centric approach and a commitment to excellence.
  • Manage and develop a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years retail management experience, preferably in the fragrance and beauty industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of the retail industry and market trends.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and willingness to travel to other stores as required.
