Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Marston Holdings in Neath. As a key member of our technology side, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest productivity at the lowest operational cost for our intelligent traffic enforcement and management solutions.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, working closely with the Service Desk Team Leader and wider support team to address recurring technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer incidents, escalating calls as necessary and managing communication via the service desk portal.
  • Identify client issues during proactive performance checks, ensuring maximum uptime and performance.
  • Liaise with internal teams, breaking down requirements and complex issues.

Person Specification

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a technology-led support team.
  • Knowledge of CCTV and hardware assembly.
  • SQL skills, including understanding of database structures and query language.

What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary of £25,500 per annum, plus benefits such as a healthcare cash plan, staff benefits, 25 days + bank holidays, and a cycle to work scheme. Hybrid working arrangements include weekly visits to our Neath office, with the option to work from home on weekends.
