About the Job:

Vida Healthcare is recruiting a Clinical Records Administrator to join our busy team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Verify responses to medical information requests with GPs.
  2. Collaborate with the summarising team to ensure the accuracy and quality of medical records.
  3. Screen and redact sensitive information before releasing it.
  4. Consult with the team leader, Caldicott Guardian, IG lead, and DPO when necessary.
  5. Support the integration of new medical records into our system.
  6. Help manage patient interactions to minimize unnecessary contact and ensure timely follow-ups.
  7. Manage workflows and tasks assigned by nurses and other practice staff.
  8. Identify opportunities to improve our systems and processes.
  9. Oversee the annual monitoring of patients on health registers.
