Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Quint is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day functions of the London team, as well as providing support to international HR teams and functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day functions of the London team
  • Provide support to international HR teams and functions
  • Assist with the design and implementation of programs, policies, and processes to facilitate continuous learning and development for Quint team members and leaders
  • Ensure all human resource programs follow UK local and national regulations
  • Develop and implement emergency protocols for both in-office and travel safety
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • At least five years of human resources experience required
  • Three years of human resources management preferred
  • Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks as appropriate
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems
