Key Responsibilities
  • Communication Management: Manage incoming and outgoing communications, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely responses to stakeholders.
  • Scheduling and Organization: Schedule appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Document Management: Draft, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations to maintain professionalism and consistency.
  • Electronic File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic files, contacts, and archives.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Logistics and Meeting Support: Organize logistics, prepare meeting materials, and ensure smooth meeting execution.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Software Licensing: Experience with Office 365 licensing or other software licensing and renewal is an advantage.
